I have long been looking for a truly portable speaker mtbRoadie (battery grade) for my iPhone that actually sounds good. iHome offers! For its size and cost, are among the best sounds I heard. No, you're not going to get the pounding bass from a speaker like this - some sacrifices must be made to measure. That said, this place can get pretty hard with a good sound without distortion (or very little) at maximum volume. I also like that it comes with the AC adapter and an auxiliary power cable (for connecting other devices) included. It also charges your iPod iPhone / when connected to a powered from the mains. When out of power, 4 AA batteries last a long time 'as well - even at medium volume (which is strong enough for that speaker). I'm still trying to kill the original game after about 6 hours of continuous music playback. My iPhone docks safely without an adapter, while in case (Incase Slider)! This was a big factor for me - not having to remove the case to dock there are also adapters for different iPods. Construction-wise, it seems well built and very compact when closed with a zipper. I have two suggestions for revision, however. The first is that the hinge is very stiff and you need a good deal of strength to the zipper open / closed. Maybe it will give more after repeated use. The final complaint relates to straps that stay open speaker. With my iPhone docked, it serves to keep open the speaker. Without it, the straps are not quite long enough and the top of the case continues to close. If they did straps a few millimeters long, would solve this problem. My solution is simple - just put something (like a pair of leaves) under the front of the speaker and let gravity hold it open. This is also a problem if you do not have a docked iPhone or iPod Touch For these reasons, but I can not give five stars. Overall, I highly recommend this portable speaker for iPod and iPhone users. He has really great sound for its small size and reasonable price! A little snobby of electronics, I continue to be thrilled with the iHome products. Perfect for travel by Mr. Hermosillo, I just got my laptop to my stereo iHome iPod Nano. I was for a stereo travel laptop battery which can be used to hard for me to carry in a suitcase or without attempted to be made. I had worked there in about 10-15 minutes as it took me some time to unpack everything and decide what pieces I needed mooring. It is so easy to use. I agree the type of cover or if you close on a flat surface and lightly tap on my ipod.which ok, but if they would have made the straps a bit more he would have been open by themselves. No big deal. Good sound for a small player and for the price. I "m not disappoint, unless it is used to listen to a few hundred dollars a Bose or a lot of BASS needed. I'm happy. I think with her to the park for a picnic or a camping or park softball game on bench. I'm not necessarily away from the audience to hear him, but people around me enjoy the music.
