And no, that's not to your iPod for free. But it costs $ 18 and it is portable! All you need is 4 AA batteries and you can take your music everywhere! It's great if you have a BBQ, hanging out on the boat, or just move it from room to room to enjoy your iPod! I liked it so much, I ordered a second, just when I do things that are outside. This bit is difficult, it is a great facility. Quite worth the money! 65 of 66 customers found this review helpful. Perfect for display Bedtime For Engebretson Virginia I spent a lot of time and money looking for a suitable speaker set for my iPod Touch. I like to watch movies while in bed and it's perfect. No wires to get in the way, is the sound good for my purposes. There is a small ledge to rest your iPod, and it lets me see the landscape all docking speaker force me to remove the case and most of them to force the status of portrait mode. This is perfect if I do not want to fight the case or to be seen. It is a great value for my use. Advantages: Sound landscape display is great not necessary to remove the cause of the cheap iPod No cable so very portable Disadvantages: Can not load iPod batteries (4 AA) 93 of 97 people found this review helpful. Wow, this is almost perfect by Manuel R. Melendez I bought this tonight and can not believe the sound is clear that this thing is Lil. I am very happy with the sound can not give this a 5-star because the cord has a weird attitude. Instead of hidden cord must be wrapped around the side to connect to your iPod. I have a nano 3rd generation (Lil 'Square One) and the connector on the bottom so it is not in the middle. Also props iPod just outside the back plate. If this does not sound as good as he does would take him back for this price is definitely a keeper! See all 171 customer reviews ....

Here are some facts about the product Ion Audio and business practices (from 21Dec09) that you should know before buying: 1. 90 days warranty - it's about how long it took for our product to systematic errors. Our teens and we used a device less than 10 times and never outside. One could say that it was spoiled. And yet, it will not hold a charge and now makes no sound at all (regardless of the input device, in our case, an iPod (Nano G4, iPod G1 and / or G2 iPod video), microphone and electric bass). 2nd Battery - oddly enough by Ion's own technical support staff (contact was very difficult to find) you can not overcharge the battery or allow it to drain completely, otherwise the battery can be revived! Honestly, whoever they built most of the batteries out or integrated into consumer electronics? We can not from a single device that we do not regulate the the car that the man is so boring, always able to think to monitor the battery life with this expertise? Frankly, unless the device came with a meter, you never know how close overcharging or under-estimate, it really is. And it is a leaf, and blown the device? This is an old technology at best. 3rd Repairability - Finally, if you have a battery or other item of this type, which probably is not within 90 days, the design and manufacture of the unit, a user-friendly repair (eg, easy access to compartments and components are hot-swappable). This device requires 22 wood screws for diagnostic purposes alone, and almost everything inside was like the speaker soldered to ever forget they are removed without destroying the cabinet. You must disassemble the entire unit. We advise you to stay away from this product until the company addresses these three fundamental questions. We still love the concept, but this product is poorly executed. (Note: Unless we can say that: (1) Ion Audio iPA03 portable PA system, (2) Alesis Trans Active Mobile / Portable PA system and (3) Pyle PCMX240I battery operated portable PA system is similar and probably produced by the same company, so beware of a lemon by any other name is still a lemon) Disappointed, Shelley D & H PS: .. When Ion Audio LLC will always contact us and do everything right, we would like to withdraw this complaint ... and can even create a fan club instead. Until then, it's just a great idea, poorly executed and frustrating for the consumer. 67 of 70 people found the following review helpful iPA03 Portable PA Helo To Geek I was looking for a portable speaker for iPod my record is high enough to be heard in an open shed. Surprisingly good sound from a compact system with Cricket Watch the video here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R57EL21TNRXJR * My video is to show how the system is compact, and how quickly you specified. The sound is not very good video, do not take this as an example of what you can expect from this system. Currently I have two docking systems in use at my house. The alive Stereo Speaker IS208B dock for iPod and iHome stereo speakers iH64BA wth Multimedia Dock for iPod. Both offer decent sound, but is not compatible with the iPhone for charging. So when I had the opportunity to try iPhone compatible Altec Lansing IMT320 I was very excited to do it. When it arrived I was shocked at the size. Although I had read the description have not enough to record up to when I was in my hands. It was compact, portable and very beautiful to boot! The soft but durable cover dual-use folds to protect the speakers during transport and folds as a support during the game was eager to try this, so it connects to the AC adapter (four AA batteries can also be used on the fly), fell on my iPhone and turned it on. I was not prepared for what I heard the next sound, balanced. I turned up the volume and switch between jazz, pop, rock and R & B. They all sounded good and no interference. I had not turned myself I would not have believed that music came from a little small. Overall I am very impressed. Easy to install and use the function keys at the top is on / off and volume up and down. Charging the iPhone compatibility is a plus and a reasonable price compared to many others on the market. Add in the excellent sound quality and portability, making it a smart choice. 435 of 455 people found this review helpful Altec Lansing IMT320 By Douglas Whittet I bought this after reading some positive reviews on this site. After trying, I agree with many positive comments, but also found a few negatives, which go back as a stumbling block for me, and I decided. A negative aspect is specific to my particular listening preferences and may not apply to other people. I bought this device for use with my iPod in the bedroom. I really like is to fall asleep to soothing music scoring, so a good control of the small volume important to me. Unfortunately, this device is not well suited to this need. It was very insensitive to small volume with only a few steps above zero on the button, the volume is quite loud. Worse, the device does not "remember" the previous volume Turísticos Añoreta when turned on, instead automatically put back to an average level (which is really high) - this is something that could live with, of course, but for me it My other nagging just too negative a general concern about the durability of vinyl-coated, which should be folded back to back on the phone when in use. The idea behind the project is good, making it easy to carry with the cover in place. However, as an endorsement of what seems weak, and the quality of the vinyl are inadequate for prolonged use, since it upon themselves to clap every time the drive is configured. In the past, double vinyl in other situations that lead me suspect that it will develop soon split along the fold. Summarize: Positives: good sound quality for a small unit, very portable, looks good, easy to use if you do not care about the issue of the volume mentioned above. Cons: volume control does not remember previous settings when the device is turned on and lacks sensitivity at low levels; vinyl cover can not be very durable 70 of 75 people found the following review helpful. Pickering After reading many reviews, both here at Amazon and many other sites, I noticed that most people love Bose and everything they do, or seem to hate everything that is Bose. I can honestly say that do not fit any of these categories. I own some Bose products and love it. But parts of the Bose are very expensive and will not pay the amount of hard earned money for a product only by name. I've learned when it comes to Bose always insist on listening to the device before you buy. I have heard some great sound Bose speakers, but some speakers are only mediocre. The headphones are a mix too. Never buy a Bose product seen or heard. My decision, this second generation Bose SoundDock Portable Digital Music System purchase is not an exception was the completion of this acquisition for several weeks. I researched the first generation Bose SoundDock Digital Music System for iPod for some time. I found some deficiencies that prevented me from purchasing this unit. Firstly, it does not have a battery for mobile use, so you always have it plugged Second, he did not have an AUX input so that it only works with Apple iPods. What if I wanted to connect my daughter Sandisk MP3 player or my son, Creative MP3 player? The second generation Bose SoundDock no such restrictions. They contain a battery for hours of portable music without a network / C. They also include an auxiliary input connected, you can connect the audio output from any device with a stereo mini jack. They also added a smooth swivel platform that swings back into the speaker system when not in use. As far as sound quality goes, it seems that both the first and second generation systems sound like a good, solid bottom, crisp top end, and mild, but not enough midrange I tried this item from Amazon for was when their Prices, shipping and customer service is always first class. But I was still a little unsure if I would not completely satisfied with this product in my house. After all, the $ 400.00! I decided to buy it from a local electronics store that offers a 30 day money back guarantee if I do, that it is not worth the price they decided, after listening to my homeland. Well, I am pleased to report that this Bose SoundDock sounds incredible. I do not know how they get so much sound out of such a small device, but Bose has certainly done a great thing with this SoundDock. The sound is deep but not to roar. The stereo sound is a bit tight, but it is for any portable audio dock that can be expected, since the speakers are so close together. However, Bose is known for their ability to use the speakerphone technology inclined to offer a wider stereo sound, I do not think I felt that this was important enough for their SoundDock product. It 'a shame. I should also note that the sound produced by this device look different when you hear it from different angles. If I sit the unit on a table and sit in front of him, at the high end is crisp and bright, but the bottom is a bit 'on the weak side. However, if you back up a few feet of the bottom end really jumps out, but you lose some 'record of sharpness. Overall, the SoundDock sounds good and it's really a home filled with the sound of small and medium-sized body. You can start this puppy up so without distorting the audible sound. Very impressive indeed. I listened to Pop, Rock, Country, Dance, House, and even classical music to the Bose SoundDock, and everything looked just as impressive. Low notes are very tight, not boomy or sloppy, as I have experience in systems other songs iPod My only complaint is that o.

Amazon.com Product Description -- Posted May 22, 2008 The JBL On Stage IIIP portable loudspeaker dock is the ideal travel partner. Imagine the convenience of taking the JBL On Stage IIIP speaker dock on the road or enjoying the sound right at your desktop. Connected to your iPod or iPhone, MP3 player, or other music source, it produces clean, powerful sound--while also charging your iPod or iPhone. With the help of the IR remote, you can take complete control of your music with the JBL On Stage IIIP loudspeaker dock. Enjoy your iPod or iPhone, view photos or videos, and listen to virtually any other auxiliary audio component, all through the JBL On Stage IIP system. Combines many proprietary technologies to provide the highest-quality sound, astonishing bass, and clear and accurate audio from any direction. Compatible with dockable versions of the iPod, including the iPod touch, iPhone, iPod classic 6G, and iPod nano 3G. Which Dock Is for You? JBL has been in the iPod dock business for a while, so it's no surprise that the company has crafted enough models to keep up with an ever-increasing army of iPod owners. Which one is right for you? Well, that depends on what kind of pod person you are: For the Power Hungry For those who seek more volume, the On Stage 400ID should be your first stop. At 2x15 watts, it's the loudest and largest of the bunch, and features an Atlas woofer for added bass. But size isn't everything--the On Stage Micro boasts the same wattage rating without the woofer. For the Weekend Warriors Those who need a dock that they can take anywhere should investigate docks that can be powered by batteries. The On Stage Micro runs on four AAAs, whereas the On Stage IIIP and On Stage III run on six. Take your music to the beach, on camping trips, or wherever you can't bear to be without it. For the iPhone Techies The iPhone owner has a couple choices--if you can stand to put the thing down. The On Stage IIIP provides a smaller and more portable option, or the On Stage 200ID gives a bit more power. These two docks support all docking iPod models as well. For the Featurephiles or Heavy Sleepers Some of us just aren't content with basic functionality; we need more buttons and more lights. Others just need a little nudge to wake up in the morning. If this is you, then the On Time 200ID and 400IHD are for you. Both feature an alarm clock and AM/FM radio, with the ability to wake up to your favorite song stored on your iPod (and then reject it with the snooze button). Of course, for the masochists, a classic buzzer is also available. The On Time 400IHD adds a dual alarm clock and HD radio to the mix, for a crystal-clear signal and a variety of text-based information (artist name, song title, weather alerts, school closings, etc.) scrolled across your screen. Something for Everyone All of these models feature a remote control for full iPod navigation, Evercharge topology to charge your iPod even when it's not connected to a PC or the system is turned off, a mini-jack for auxiliary devices, and the sleek design and solid performance you'd expect from JBL. Compatibility The JBL On Stage IIIP system is compatible with docking versions of the iPod, including the iPod touch, iPhone, iPod classic, and iPod nano 3G. A stereo mini jack connection also allows you to enjoy high-quality audio from a variety of other devices such as MP3 and CD players, desktop computers (all platforms), satellite radios, and laptops. Specific dockable iPod compatibility: iPod mini 1G; iPod nano 1G, 2G, 3G; iPod 3G, 4G, 5G, 5.5G, 6G; iPod touch; iPhone. Using the navigation controls, browse songs, playlists, and photos; change tracks and settings; and more. Connection Versatility The JBL On Stage IIIP loudspeaker dock is a multimedia focal point. Enjoy your iPod, view photos or videos, and listen to virtually any other auxiliary audio component, all through the JBL On Stage IIIP system. Additional Features IR remote--The JBL On Stage IIIP IR remote has several modes of operation. The Music mode allows you to control the volume, change tracks, fast forward, and fast reverse. The Navigation mode allows you to access menus on your mobile digital device just as if you were controlling the unit itself. You can search your music, watch your slideshows, and find and play your videos. Evercharge topology--The system charges your iPod/iPhone, even when it's not connected to a computer or if the system is off. Advanced Technology The JBL On Stage IIIP loudspeaker dock combines many proprietary technologies to provide the highest-quality sound, astonishing bass, and clear and accurate audio from any direction. Odyssey transducers--The Odyssey drivers deliver accurate high frequencies while capable of low-frequency extension of four octaves, unlike traditional powered tweeters. This design provides a full, rich frequency response, from low bass to the highest highs. Slipstream port design--The port minimizes boundary layer separation, producing high-output bass with low distortion. COE (computer-optimized equalization)--The system equalization is computer-optimized to provide a rich, complete soundstage over a range of listening positions. OCT (optimized compression topology)--The proprietary compression technology ensures clean, accurate sound at high output levels. AEMS (advanced energy management system)--The automatic battery-saving shutoff will automatically put the system into sleep mode when there is no audio input. The system awakens with just a touch and resumes at the same volume level. Battery-powered--The JBL On Stage IIIP system uses most types of AA batteries. Six fresh AA batteries allow up to 12 hours of continuous play at normal listening levels. An amber LED flashes when the battery protection circuit senses that the batteries are low. JBL encourages the use of rechargeable batteries (e.g., NiMH), to reduce waste and help the environment. Good sound quality, the iPhone 3G By Christian Oliver had supported earlier versions of this product and find it a lot better. - It does not work with my iPhone 3G, including loading. - Better sound quality. - Battery (Optional) The only downgrade from previous versions, the remote: - Less intuitive controls. Difficult to operate in the dark - depending on IR instead of RF-old. This means that direct line of sight to the unit needs to work. 46 of 48 people found the following review helpful. Almost perfectly portable, great sounding By William J. Figi I usually do not write reviews. I use all the time, but I do not like time to write. I write because I think this is a very good product. Perfect, almost. The sound quality is very good. We got it because we wanted something small that we can package for a party that sounds good that is relatively small, with a loud noise that fills a room with clean sound. My only complaint is about a remote control that has very small. Which is great and works well, but it is very small and easy to lose. You could just use logic and engineering in a tiny little place that can be stored in the database so that it would be difficult to separate from the base. While others, I recommend it if you are looking for a relatively small unit with great sound. I blame the pool and it really projects and we have a heavy traffic road behind my house. 42 of 44 people found this review helpful. Great sound, great design by J. I owned the old Dyer versions of the JBL On Stage Line and was the best experience yet. The sound produced by this model is great and gets loud enough without distortion for use in any environment. While playing the first docking station for iPod or start with iPhone and it begins on a framework for low volume, you must enable it every time you dock, but it prevents you've been criticized as older models, I 't the bothered to use it runs on 6 AA batteries, since I had it somewhere with AC. I've only with the original iPhone. There are some changes in the way of the Apple iPhone 3G shop, that while they are playing music on the older devices, they will receive an error message when you connect. With the original iPhone, that speaker worked perfectly, though. See all 143 customer reviews ....
